It’s tough to get in all the hydration you need right before your meal, during the meal, and after the meal at night, especially because if you drink too much at night, that could make you have to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. So I think alternating between one day of intermittent dry fasting and one day of intermittent water fasting might be the healthiest thing you can do.
